2021 Tropo Pink Pet Nat

We pieced together a lovely blush blend of Adelaide Hills Chardonnay, Skinsy Pinot Gris and a tiny dose of Merlot to make the most refreshing bubbly boy in the game. Spring strawberries, pickled cherries, red currants, ripe pear and creaming soda all at once.

2021 Latta 'Essential Crisis'

This Petillant Naturel or Rural Method Sparkling wine is produced from sauvignon blanc grapes, grown in the Victorian Pyrenees at Moonambel. Passionfruit, green herbs, apple juice, lemon lime zest vibes. A good amount of crunch factor to texture, brisk acidity, a cool, lemony finish like adult lemonade. It’s bursting with fruitiness and youthful energy.

2021 La Violetta 'PGRIS AMIS'

It’s back, better than ever! Pinot Gris barrel fermented with its friends Riesling and Gewürztraminer

2021 Edenflo 'Lemon Krush'

“Scents of dried ginger, pineapple, sweet lemon, candied mixed citrus peel, some floral frangipani whiffs with some sea spray there too. Saline minerality courses through the wine, citrus tang to the fore, a lick of almond/cashew white nuttiness and a starburst of mandarin juice to close.” Mike Bennie, The Wine Front

2021 Fleet Pinot Gris

A delightfully brash Pinot Gris loaded with flavour.  But what really stands out are the tea-like tannins, thanks to some cleverly handled skin contact.  This wine has dimension and appeals to those who want a little bit more from their whites. It’s fine texture and florals will be a lovely match to dishes with a touch of spice. Pink peach colour, floral aromas, spiced pears, textural fleshy core, long quenching acidity, expressive and never-ending.

2021 Brave New Wine 'Small Town Red'

Bright red/white blend – shiraz, vermentino, cabernet franc, cabernet sauvignon, merlot, a little Gewurztraminer and viognier. Picked early for freshness, carbonic maceration and co-fermentation for lightness and funk, gentle extraction for light tannin. Ultimate Park Wine. Bright, aromatic, sunshiny light red for drinking out of the fridge/esky. Or not.
